When you purchase artwork, our payment provider collects the billing and shipping details needed to complete your order; Art By Beverly receives your name, contact information, shipping address, and order details, but never your full card number.

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and, only if you ask for it, share news about new work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Square), which handle your payment information under their own privacy policies and security standards. We encourage you to review their policies when checking out.

Cookies and Analytics

This site keeps things simple. It does not run advertising trackers. Basic, privacy-respecting traffic statistics may be collected by our hosting provider to help us understand how visitors use the site.

Data Retention

Inquiry messages and order records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and tax requirements, then deleted.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request through the inquiry form and we will respond promptly.

Children

Beverly paints for children; this website, however, is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
