About This Site

artbybeverly.art is the online gallery and studio shop of Beverly Ashley Broyles ("Art By Beverly"). By using this site, purchasing artwork, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Artwork, Originals, and Prints

Original works are one of a kind and sold as-is in the condition described. Giclée prints are produced to order from archival scans of the original paintings. Because every monitor renders color differently, modest variation between the on-screen image and the finished work is normal and is not a defect.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and text on this site are the property of Beverly Ashley Broyles and are protected by copyright. Purchase of an original painting or print conveys ownership of the physical work only; reproduction rights are retained by the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Orders, Payment, and Pricing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; Art By Beverly does not store your card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, though the price at the time of your purchase is always the price you pay. Pieces marked "inquire" are quoted individually.

Shipping and Returns

Works are packed with care and shipped with tracking. If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right through repair, replacement (for prints), or refund. Returns on undamaged original works are accepted within 14 days of delivery; the buyer covers return shipping and the work must arrive back in its original condition.

Commissions

Commissioned work is scoped and quoted individually. A deposit may be required before work begins, and the deposit terms will be stated in writing at the time of the commission.

Limitation of Liability

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art By Beverly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
